New Issue: Goldman Sachs taps floating-rate notes due 2018 to add $659.42 million

Virginia Beach, Sept. 12 – Goldman Sachs Group Inc. sold a $659,415,000 add-on to its existing floating-rate notes due Nov. 15, 2018 at 101.979, according to a 424B2 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The underwriters were Goldman Sachs & Co., Drexel Hamilton LLC, Great Pacific Securities, Mischler Financial Group Inc. and Williams Capital Group LP.
The total issue size now sits at $2,359,415,000, including $700 million priced on Jan. 28 and $1 billion priced on Nov. 12.
The financial services company is based in New York City.
