Goldman Sachs talks 10-, 30-year bonds for Monday pricing

Virginia Beach, June 30 – Goldman Sachs Group Inc. is expected to price a two-part offering of senior notes (Baa1/A-/A) on Monday, an informed source said.
The 10-year bonds are talked at Treasuries plus 140 basis points to 145 bps, while the 30-year bonds are talk at 155 bps to 160 bps over Treasuries.
Goldman Sachs & Co. is the bookrunner.
The financial services company is based in New York City.
