Madison, Wis., June 3 - Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. priced $1.35 million of callable monthly Russell 2000 index-linked range accrual notes due June 4, 2029, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The interest rate will be the interest factor multiplied by the proportion of days on which the index closes at or above the barrier level, 75% of the initial index level, and six-month Libor is 6% or less. The interest factor will be 6% per year for the first 84 monthly interest payment dates, 7% per year for the next 60 monthly interest payment dates and 8% per year for the final 36 monthly interest payment dates.
The payout at maturity will be par.
Beginning June 4, 2015, the notes will be callable at par on any interest payment date.
