New Issue: Goldman Sachs prices $21.59 million notes linked to Asian emerging markets indexes

New York, May 13 - Goldman Sachs Group Inc. priced $21.59 million of notes linked to a basket of Asian emerging market indexes, according to a 424B3 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity is linked to a basket of indexes, with a 35% weight to India's Sensex Index, a 35% weight to Korea's Kospi 200 Index, a 15% weight to the MSCI Thailand Index and a 15% weight to the FTSE/ Xinhua China 25 Index. All index levels are converted into dollars.

Goldman, Sachs & Co. was underwriter for the offering.
