New Issue: Goldman Sachs prices $12 million callable step-up fixed-rate notes with 4% initial rate
New York, Jan. 31 - Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. priced $12 million of callable step-up fixed-rate notes due Jan. 31, 2029, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The coupon is 4% from Jan. 31, 4.5% from Jan. 31, 2020, 5% from Jan. 31, 2025 and 6% from Jan. 31, 2027.
The payout at maturity will be par.
The notes will be callable at par each Jan. 31, April 30, July 31 and Oct. 31 starting July 31.
Goldman, Sachs & Co. and Incapital LLC are the underwriters.
