New Issue: Goldman prices $7.65 million callable range accrual notes linked to S&P 500

Chicago, May 29 - Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. priced $7.65 million of callable monthly range accrual notes due May 30, 2028 linked to S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Interest will accrue at 5.5% for each day that the index closes at or above the 75% trigger level. Interest will be payable monthly.
The payout at maturity will be par.
The notes will be callable at par on any interest payment date after one year.
Goldman Sachs & Co. is the underwriter.
