New Issue: Goldman Sachs prices $33.59 million leveraged notes on Euro Stoxx 50

Madison, Wis., May 22 - Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. priced $33.59 million of 0% leveraged index-linked notes due Nov. 25, 2014 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.42 times any index gain. Investors will be fully exposed to losses if the index declines.
Goldman Sachs & Co. is the underwriter.
