New Issue: Goldman sells $2.88 million more leveraged notes on iShares MSCI EM

Chicago, May 13 - Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. priced another $2.88 million of 0% leveraged notes due Nov. 6, 2014 linked to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets index fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The add-on priced at 102.625 and brings the total deal size to $18,199,000.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.5 times any index gain, up to a maximum settlement amount of $1,249 for each $1,000 principal amount.

Investors will be exposed to any losses.

Goldman Sachs & Co. is the underwriter.
