Goldman to price leveraged notes linked to iShares MSCI EM fund

New York, April 22 - Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. plans to price 0% leveraged fund-linked notes tied to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets index fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The tenor of the notes will be 18 to 21 months.

If the return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus triple the gain, subject to a maximum settlement amount of $1,195 to $1,225 per $1,000 principal amount. Investors will be exposed to any losses.

The exact maturity date and maximum settlement amount will be set at pricing.

The Cusip is 38147K877.
