Chicago, Dec. 9 - Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. plans to price 0% 30-month autocallable buffered notes linked to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be called at par plus a premium if the index closes at or above its initial level on any call observation dates, which are expected to be 12 months, 18 months and 24 months after pricing. The call premium will be 7% on the first call date, 10.5% on the second date and 14% on the final call date.

If the index finishes at or above 92% of the initial level, the payout at maturity will be the maximum settlement amount of $1,175 for each $1,000 principal amount.

Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 15% and investors will lose 1.1765% for each 1% decline beyond 15%.
