New Issue: Goldman Sachs prices $1 billion five-year notes at Libor plus 110 bps

Virginia Beach, Nov. 12 - Goldman Sachs Group Inc. priced $1 billion of five-year floating-rate senior notes (A3/A-/A-) on Tuesday at par to yield Libor plus 110 basis points, a source away from the trade said.
Goldman Sachs & Co. was the bookrunner.
The financial services company is based in New York City.
