Goldman plans leveraged notes with 39.75%-46.5% cap on iShares MSCI EM

Chicago, June 11 - Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. plans to price 0% leveraged index fund-linked notes tied to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets index fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will mature between 24 and 27 months after issue.

The payout at maturity will be par plus triple any fund gain, up to a maximum settlement amount of $1,397.50 to $1,465.00 for each $1,000 principal amount. The exact cap will be set at pricing.

Investors will be exposed to any losses.

Goldman Sachs & Co. is the underwriter.
