New York, Dec. 7 - The Goldman Sachs Group Inc. priced $75 million of 0% notes due 2007 linked to the Topix index, according to a 424B3 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
At maturity investors receive par plus 1.78 times any percentage increase in the index. Investors participate fully in any decline in the index.
