New Issue: Goldman prices $3.35 million more buffered notes on MSCI AC World

New York, Feb. 17 - Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. priced another $3.35 million of 0% buffered index-linked notes due Feb. 14, 2013 linked to the MSCI All Country World index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The par-priced original $5.15 million of notes was issued on Feb. 14. The add-on priced at 100.5.

The payout at maturity will be par plus any index gain, up to a maximum settlement amount of $1,212.50 per $1,000 principal amount.

Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 15% and will lose 1.1765% for each 1% decline beyond 15%.

Goldman Sachs & Co. is the underwriter.
