Tacoma, Wash., Jan. 28 - Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. priced $72.25 million of callable step-up fixed-rate notes due Jan. 31, 2021, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The interest rate will be 4.5% for the first six years, 5% for years seven and eight and 7% for years nine and 10. Interest is payable semiannually.
The payout at maturity will be par.
Beginning July 31, the notes will be callable at par on Jan. 31, April 30, July 31 and Oct. 31 of each year.
Goldman Sachs & Co. and Incapital LLC are the underwriters.
