Goldman to price leveraged buffered notes on iShares MSCI EM fund

New York, Nov. 16 - Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. plans to price 0% leveraged buffered notes linked to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets index fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The tenor of the notes will be 18 to 21 months.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 150% of any increase in the exchange-traded fund's share price, subject to a maximum return of 17.25% to 20.25% that will be set at pricing. Investors will receive par if the share price falls by 15% or less and will lose 1.1765% for every 1% that it declines beyond 15%.

The exact terms will be set at pricing.
