New Issue: Goldman Sachs prices $70 million 15-year callable step-up notes

Philadelphia, Oct. 28 - Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. priced $70 million of 15-year callable step-up fixed-rate notes at par, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The coupon will equal 4.25% for the first six years, 5% for years seven through 11 and 7% for years 12 through 15. Interest is payable semiannually.
The notes are callable in whole at par on any interest payment date beginning Oct. 29, 2011.
