New Issue: Goldman Sachs prices $6.33 million leveraged notes on iShares MSCI Emerging Markets fund

Philadelphia, May 27 - Goldman Sachs Group Inc. priced a $6.33 million issue of 0% leveraged equity index-linked notes due April 26, 2011 linked to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets Index Fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the final fund value is greater than the initial fund value, investors will receive par plus 150% times the gain on the index. The payout is capped at 126.7% of par.

If the fund declines by up to 20%, the payout will be par. Investors will lose 1% for each 1% that the price of the fund declines beyond 20%.
