By Susanna Moon
Chicago, Nov. 3 - Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. plans to price 0% buffered equity index-linked notes linked to the MSCI EAFE index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes will mature between 24 and 28 months after issue.

The exact deal terms will be set at pricing.
