Omaha, Jan. 11 - Goldman Sachs Group Inc. priced $3 billion in 5.95% 10-year global notes Friday to yield Treasuries plus 215 basis points, an informed source said.
The notes (Aa3/AA-/AA-) have a price of 99.858 to yield 5.969%. They priced in line with price talk, which was 215 bps more than Treasuries.
Goldman Sachs & Co. was the bookrunner.
The investment bank is based in New York City.
