New Issue: Goldman Sachs prices $2.5 billion 6.75% 30-year notes at Treasuries plus 190 bps

Omaha, Sept. 26 - Goldman Sachs Group Inc. priced $2.5 billion of 6.75% 30-year notes Wednesday to yield Treasuries plus 190 basis points, a market source said.
The notes (A1/A+/A+) priced at 99.453 to yield 6.793% and are non-callable.
Goldman, Sachs & Co. was the bookrunner.
