Seattle, April 3 - The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. priced a $374.513 issue of 0% notes due Nov. 30, 2007 linked to the to MSCI Daily Total Return Net Emerging Markets index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus any percentage increase in the index or minus any percentage decrease in the index, as applicable.
