New Issue: GS Finance prices $2.19 million autocallable equity-linked notes on four stocks

Chicago, April 12 – GS Finance Corp. priced $2.19 million of autocallable equity-linked securities due Jan. 25, 2029 tied to the common stock of Amazon.com, Inc., the class C capital stock of Alphabet Inc., the class A common stock of Meta Platforms, Inc. and the common stock of Qualcomm Inc., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.

The notes will be automatically redeemed at par plus a 45% call premium if the worst performing stock closes at or above its initial level on Jan. 21, 2025.

If the notes are not called, the payout at maturity will be par plus three times the worst performing stock.

The payout will be par if the worst performer declines but finishes above 80% of its initial level.

Otherwise, investors will have a 1% loss for each 1% decline beyond the 20% buffer.
