Tacoma, Wash., March 26 – GS Finance Corp. priced $130,000 of 0% bearish autocallable absolute return index-linked notes due Jan. 9, 2025 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes will be automatically called at par plus 15% if the index’s closing level decreases by more than 30% from the initial level on any trading day during the life of the notes.
If the notes are not called and the index return is greater than or equal to 0%, the payout at maturity will be par.
If the index return is less than 0% but greater than or equal to negative 30%, the payout will be par plus the absolute value of the index return.
If the index return is less than negative 30%, the payout will be par plus 15%.
The notes are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.
