New Issue: GS Finance sells $587,000 autocallable index-linked notes on S&P 500

Chicago, Feb. 14 – GS Finance Corp. priced $587,000 of 0% autocallable index-linked notes due Jan. 8, 2029 tied to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.

The notes will be called at par plus an annualized 8% call premium if the index closes at or above its initial level on any annual call observation date.

If the notes are not called, the payout at maturity will be par plus 40% if the index finishes at or above its initial level.

If the index declines by up to 15%, the payout will be par; otherwise, investors will be exposed to the decline of the index beyond the 15% buffer.

Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC is the underwriter.
