Columbus, Ohio, Dec. 1 – GS Finance Corp. priced $1.96 million of 0% callable index-linked notes due Nov. 30, 2027 linked to the performance of the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.
The notes will be callable at par plus 10.5% annual premium on any quarterly call date after one year.
If the return of the index is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.25 times the return of the index.
Otherwise, investors will receive par.
