Columbus, Ohio, Dec. 1 – Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. priced $25 million of callable step-up fixed-rate notes due Nov. 29, 2030, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Interest will be 6.25% initially, stepping up to 7% on Nov. 29, 2027 and to 8% on Nov. 29, 2029. Interest is payable semiannually.
The notes will be callable at par quarterly starting after one year.
The payout at maturity will be par.
