New York, Nov. 20 – GS Finance Corp. priced $1.38 million of 0% dual directional trigger jump securities due Dec. 5, 2029 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index return is zero or positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus the greater of the return and 56.25%.
If the index declines by no more than 20%, investors will receive par plus the absolute value of the index return.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% decline of the index from its initial level.
The notes are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.
