New Issue: GS Finance prices $575,000 index-linked trigger notes on S&P 500

Chicago, Nov. 8 – GS Finance Corp. priced $575,000 of 0% index-linked trigger notes due April 23, 2024 tied to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.

If the final index level is equal to or greater than 80% of the initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 10%. The final level will be the average of the closing levels of the index on each of five averaging dates, starting April 12, 2024 and ending April 18, 2024.

Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to the losses of the index.

Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC is the underwriter. JPMorgan is working as the placement agent.
