Buffalo, N.Y., Sept. 6 – GS Finance Corp. priced $1.93 million of 0% autocallable buffered index-linked notes due Sept. 5, 2028 linked to the MSCI EAFE index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.
The notes will be automatically called at par plus an 8.7% annualized call premium if the index closes at or above its call level, 90% of its initial level, on any quarterly observation date after one year.
If the notes are not called and the index finishes at or above its call level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 43.5%.
Investors will receive par if the index falls by no more than 15% and will lose 1.1765% for each 1% loss beyond 15%.
