Buffalo, N.Y., Sept. 1 – GS Finance Corp. priced $2.51 million of 0% absolute return trigger index-linked notes due Dec. 5, 2025 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
A barrier event will occur if the index closing level has increased or decreased from its initial level by more than 21% any day during the life of the notes.
If a barrier event has occurred, the payout at maturity will be par plus 9%.
If a barrier event has not occurred, the payout at maturity will be par plus the absolute value of the index return, subject to a minimum payment of par plus 9%.
The notes are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.
