Buffalo, N.Y., Aug. 29 – GS Finance Corp. priced $1 million of 0% autocallable index-linked notes due Aug. 28, 2028 tied to the Dow Jones industrial average, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.
The notes will be called at par plus a 13% call premium if the index closes at or above its initial level on Aug. 30, 2024.
If the notes are not called, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.7 times the index return if the index finishes at or above its initial level.
Investors will be fully exposed to any index decline.
