Columbus, Ohio, Aug. 17 – GS Finance Corp. priced $1.29 million of 0% absolute return trigger index-linked notes due Aug. 5, 2026 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
A barrier event will occur if the index closing level has increased or decreased from its initial level by more than 30% any day during the life of the notes.
If a barrier event has occurred, the payout at maturity will be par plus 13%.
If a barrier event has not occurred, the payout at maturity will be par plus the absolute value of the index return, up to 30%.
The notes are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.
