Columbus, Ohio, March 17 – Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. priced $5.25 million of callable step-up fixed-rate notes due March 15, 2030, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by
Interest will be 5.5% initially, stepping up to 6% on March 15, 2025, to 6.5% on March 15, 2027 and to 7.5% on March 15, 2029. Interest is payable semiannually.
The notes will be callable at par quarterly beginning March 15, 2024.
The payout at maturity will be par.
