New Issue: GS Finance prices $1.72 million autocallable buffered notes on S&P 500

Columbus, Ohio, Oct. 14 – GS Finance Corp. priced $1.72 million of 0% autocallable buffered index-linked notes due Oct. 3, 2025 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.

The notes will be automatically called at par plus 11.54% if the index closes at or above its initial level on Oct. 9, 2023.

If the notes are not called and the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 125% of the index gain.

Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 30% and will lose 1% for each 1% loss beyond 30%.
