Columbus, Ohio, July 14 – GS Finance Corp. priced $2.63 million of 0% autocallable index-linked notes due July 13, 2027 tied to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.
The notes will be called at par plus an 11% call premium if the index closes at or above its initial level on July 17, 2023.
If the notes are not called, the payout at maturity will be par plus the index return if the index finishes at or above its initial level.
If the index declines by up to 50%, the payout will be par; otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to the decline of the index from its initial level.
