Columbus, Ohio, May 3 – Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. priced $93.72 million of 2.7% callable fixed-rate notes due May 29, 2023, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Interest will be paid semiannually.
The notes will be callable at par quarterly after six months.
The payout at maturity will be par.
