New Issue: GS Finance sells $790,000 underlier-linked notes on indexes, ETF

Chicago, March 29 – GS Finance Corp. priced $790,000 of 0% underlier-linked notes due Sept. 25, 2026 linked to the S&P 500 Value index, the Russell 2000 index and the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.
If the return of each underlier is flat or positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.135 times the return of the worst-performing asset.
If the return of each underlier is negative but greater than or equal to negative 25%, the payout will be par.
If the worst-performing underlier falls by more than 25%, investors will be exposed to the decline of the worst performer beyond 25% its initial level.
