Columbus, Ohio, March 22 – Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. sold C$250 million floating-rate notes due March 21, 2024 with an interest rate based on CDOR plus 93 basis points, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The notes were sold at par.
Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC and TD Securities were the underwriters.
