Columbus, Ohio, March 25 – GS Finance Corp. priced $178,000 of 0% autocallable buffered ETF-linked notes due March 9, 2023 linked to the ARK Innovation ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.
The notes will be automatically called at par plus 19.5% if the ETF closes at or above the initial ETF level on March 14, 2022.
If the notes are not called and the ETF return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus the return. Investors will receive par if the ETF falls by up to 20% and will lose 1% for each 1% loss beyond 20%.
Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC is the underwriter.
