New York, Feb. 17 – GS Finance Corp. priced $1.15 million of callable contingent coupon underlier-linked notes due Jan. 28, 2026 linked to the Russell 2000 index and the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.
The notes will pay a contingent quarterly coupon at annual rate of 7% if each asset closes at or above its coupon barrier, 75% of its initial level, on the observation date for that period.
The notes will be callable at par plus any coupon due on any coupon payment date after six months.
The payout at maturity will be par plus the final coupon unless any asset finishes below its 75% buffer, in which case investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline of the worst performing from its initial level.
