Chicago, Nov. 16– GS Finance Corp. priced $420,000 of 0% index-linked notes due May 2, 2028 linked to the GS Momentum Builder Multi-Asset 5S ER index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.
The index measures up to 14 ETFs and a money market position based on three-month Libor outperform a rate of Libor plus 56 basis points, accrued daily.
At maturity, investors will receive par plus the index return.
If the index return is negative, investors will receive par.
