Chicago, Aug. 12 – GS Finance Corp. priced $442,000 of 0% autocallable index-linked notes due Aug. 11, 2027 tied to the BlackRock Dynamic Factor index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.
The notes will be called at par plus 9% a year if the index closes at or above its call level on any annual call date after two years. The call level will be 105.5% of the initial level on the first call date and will step up by 275 basis points a year.
The payout at maturity will be par plus any gain in the index. Otherwise, the payout will be par.
