New Issue: Goldman prices $23.31 million callable step-up fixed-rate notes with 2% initial rate

Columbus, Ohio, March 27 – Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. priced $23.31 million of callable step-up fixed-rate notes due Jan. 23, 2025, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Interest will be 2% initially, stepping up to 2.25% on Sept. 25, 2023 and to 2.75% on Sept. 25, 2024. Interest is payable semiannually.
The payout at maturity will be par.
The notes will be callable at par quarterly beginning March 25, 2021.
