Tupelo, Miss., March 18 – Goldman Sachs Group Inc. priced $2.5 billion of 3.8% 10-year senior notes (A3/BBB+/A) on Tuesday at a spread of Treasuries plus 300 basis points, according to a market source.
Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC was the bookrunner.
