Olympia, Wash., March 12 – GS Finance Corp. priced $2.15 million of 0% leveraged index-linked notes due March 6, 2025 tied to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.431 times any index gain.
If the index declines by up to 30%, the payout will be par.
Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to the decline of the index.
