Columbus, Ohio, Jan. 6 – Golden Wheel Tiandi Holdings Co. Ltd. priced a $200 million offering of 12.95% notes due 2022 (B2//) at 99.943, according to a company announcement.
BOC International, Guotai Junan International, Haitong International and HSBC are joint global coordinators and, together with HeungKong Financial, Orient Securities (Hong Kong) and CLSA Ltd., joint bookrunners and joint lead managers for the Regulation S sale.
Proceeds will be used to refinance debt, including a tender offer for up to $140 million of its outstanding $400 million 7% senior notes due 2021, according to a company notice.
Golden Wheel Tiandi is a Hong Kong-based commercial and residential property developer, owner and operator.
