Hong Kong’s Golden Wheel Tiandi to sell dollar-denominated notes

Tacoma, Wash., Oct. 26 – Golden Wheel Tiandi Holdings Co. Ltd. said it plans to sell dollar-denominated senior notes to professional investors outside the United States.

BOCI Asia Ltd., Haitong International Securities Co. Ltd., UBS AG, Hong Kong Branch and Guotai Junan Securities (Hong Kong) Ltd. will be joint global coordinators and, together with Huatai Financial Holdings (Hong Kong) Ltd., the joint bookrunners and joint lead managers for the Regulation S sale.

Proceeds will be used to refinance debt and for general corporate purposes.

Golden Wheel Tiandi is a Hong Kong-based commercial and residential property developer, owner and operator.
