S&P gives B to Golden Wheel

Standard & Poor's said it assigned its B long-term corporate credit rating to Golden Wheel Tiandi Holdings Co. Ltd.

The outlook is stable.

S&P also assigned its cnBB- Greater China regional scale rating to the company.

The agency said the rating on Golden Wheel reflects its view of the company's high geographic and revenue concentration risk due to a small project portfolio, and the execution risk associated with business expansion.
