Buffalo, N.Y., April 11 – Golden Wheel Tiandi Holdings Co. Ltd. issued $494.67 million of 10% senior notes due April 11, 2025, according to a listing notice on Monday.
The notes issued were the culmination of an exchange, previously reported.
The Regulation S and Regulation D notes are expected to be listed on the Singapore Exchange effective April 12.
The company is a commercial and residential property developer based in Hong Kong.
